Pleased you liked the story, and how it ended. I generally have hopeful endings to my fics. It is probably one of the darker peices that I've written. I think the only other one that I've written that is as shocking is Sacrifice.

Pretty much all my fic is written in present tense, as I find the it's happening now feel of it is easier to write, for me anyway.
