Thank you :) Jack is a very independent character, I suppose that in a way he's learnt to be like that, after all he can't ever get too reliant on anybody as he knows that he'll always lose them; the price immortality.

H/C and the themes of trust and giving over or losing control do tend to appear in a lot of what I write.
