I'm looking for somebody to beta my tardis_bigbangentry.
The story is Ianto/Andy. Rated R. Action/adventure/romance type genre. It it written in 3rd person present tense. Spoilers for 1st series of Torchwood and 3rd series of Doctor Who. I am mainly looking for somebody to check over the spelling/grammar incase there's something that me and the spellchecker have missed.

I don't think it has anything in it that people would find squicky, unless of course slash squicks you. There is also non-permenant character death mentioned. The fic will be around 21k (challenge minimum word count is 20k) and I need to send the finished fic in on/by 16th June.

The first 6k or so is ready for checking now. I have 17.5k written up, but I'm still editing/tweaking later parts of it.

Do you have any questions about the fic?

How much word count wise would be okay at a time?
How/where would you like me to send it to you?

I normally use .doc files for writing, as my rather ancient laptop doesn't do .docx I can send it as .rtf or .txt if that's easier.

Word count? Send it all over and I'll beta it in sections of about 1000-2000 words.
Or you can section it of at 2000 words.
Is there anything you think you should warn for?
Like non-con, certain kinks?

I can send all that I've got that's in a state to be beta'd, which is the first 6k or so. Or I can send it in 2k blocks if that's easier.

Warning wise the sex is all consensual and isn't very graphic, and it's very unkinky, unless you count the fact that it's Andy's first time with a guy. There are non-graphic mentions of violence and there is named character death (it is temporary because the fic set during the year that never was)

Got your pm. Track changes is fine, the edition of word (2000 ed.) that I use can cope with that.

I'm going to email you the first piece of it a few minutes. It's 2475 words as cutting it any earlier would have meant senting something that ended half way though a scene and probably wouldn't have made too much sense.
