Excellent look at post CoE Andy. I can just see the bureaucrats worrying more about Andy's actions than about the actual invasion. Totally believable that Andy would quit. I think he's much smarter and thoughtful than he's often given credit for. And I think he has a core of decency that won't allow him to compromise on his actions.
