For whatever reason I’ve found that there were a couple of short (each about 1500 words) Torchwood fics that I posted to ff.net back in 2011 and didn’t post here, or maybe posted to a comm that doesn’t exist any more.

So I’ve loaded them to AO3


Title: Echoes Made Real.
Characters/Pairings: Jack/Ianto, Gwen/Rhys.
Rating: PG13
Spoilers: Series 1 to 3.
Summary: Using damaged alien technology never advisable, but Jack needs to see them one last time. The result is something that he could never have predicted.
A/N: A CoE fix it fic. The Remote and their technology comes from Ancestor Cell, an Eighth Doctor Adventure by Peter Anghelides.

Fandoms Torchwood/Being Human crossover fic.
Characters/pairings Andy Davidson/Tom McNair. Other TW and BH characters will appear later on.
Word count: This part 1250. Total will be over 20k.
Rating This part all ages. Later parts adult.
Contains Mentions of depression/anxiety. Mentions of past canon character death. In later parts violence, graphic sex, Andy's homophobic mother.
A/N: Crossover with Being Human. Technically a CoE fix it as it's set in the same 'verse as Finding Ways To Smile Again (although that isn't apparent in much later in the story). Follows on from Break and Breakaway from Tom McNair's POV.

Summary
After being pushed out of the police force following the events of Children of Earth, Andy Davidson tries to build a new life for himself deep in the Welsh countryside.
Tom McNair walked out off his old life after realising it wasn't what he needed.
A chance meeting would take their lives in directions that they had never expected and bring them love that they'd not thought they'd find.

Summary: When the light faded and Jack was left alone on the dance floor at the Ritz Ballroom he found he had more questions to ask himself than those around him did. To them he could lie, to himself that was much harder.
Warnings:Mention of period homophobic attitudes. 
Contains:Cheating on partner if you consider the Jack/Jack dance and kiss in the episode Jack cheating on Nancy.  Possible/implied character death.

Disclaimer: Torchwood belongs to the BBC and not to me, I'm just writing this for fun.
A/N:Thank you to Harkpad02 for betaing this for me. I've used the Torchwood canon from the BBC series one website of Jack's plane disappearing after engaging enemy aircraft when coming back from a training exercise, rather than the Doctor Who canon of him failing to report for duty one morning.  I'm also assuming that Jack is meant to be the same age as Matt Rippy, about mid thirties. The Air Transport Auxiliary and RAF Pengam Moors really did exist, although Jack's squadron, the 133rd, was never based there.

Notes: This is set during the first series between Countrycide, and They Keep Killing Suzie. Ianto living in the Radyr area of Cardiff comes from the tie in novel Another Life by Peter Anghelides.

This story has been a long time in the making. I started writing and posting it back in 2007 before the second series aired, it was put on hold for a long time from 2009 until 2012. So apologies to anyone who has been reading this from the start for taking so very long to get to the end of this.

Summary: A chance visit to a bar and the unexpected arrival of an old acquaintance raises a lot questions for Jack and creates a dangerous situation for Ianto.

A/N: This was written for, but wasn't finished in time for, Redisourcolour #26. Words: bandy, broken, shuffle, kaleidoscope. Phrase. “You're being nice. You don't have to be.”

Summary: A tourist’s film footage posted on the internet leads Jack, Gwen and Ianto to Hen Coed Cwrt, a supposedly haunted manor house in mid Wales. Struggling to work as a team following the deaths of Owen and Tosh this case could be the thing that finally tears them apart or brings them back together.
