personally I'd like to think the Torchwood in the Who-verse is the one where Tosh, Owen and Ianto are still around and that any other version exists in a parallel universe ... after all the parallel universe that Micky went to live in, with Rose, also had a Torchwood ... therefore the Torchwood that went tits up in COE is on another plane, of which I want nothing to do with ...
