(no subject)

I am office furniture, it's official, obviously I look like a table or a filing cabinet or something, as this is how the supervisor introduced me to the new staff. "This is Imogen, part of the office furniture."   *is really unimpressed*

Am wondering if this would have been more/less funny had I not been writing more of Picking up the Pieces over the weekend, which has a scene in which Ianto is relieved that the rest of the team treat him part of the furniture as it means that they wont ask him any awkward questions.

Basically, while being treated like part of the furniture in a fic maybe advantageous in real life it just suck - trust me on this, i've put up with it for three years.
