So I went into the little cafe place just across from work for lunch today.
Two oldish ladies (probably late 60's at a guess) sit down at a table next to mine, start talking/complaining about the fact that there was only apricot jam available with the scones today. Not the workd most interesting conversation.
Then one of them says 'did you watch Torchwood last night?' and they start talking about it. Saying that they'd only started watching it on Monday, because John Barrowman was it.
They say that they are going to watch it again tonight to see if ( small spoiler ) The other one replies, "I hope so, I'm missing bingo this week for it."
Conversation is then about bingo.
It was surprising to hear people who you wouldn't neccessarily think would be Torchwood fans talking about it.
