I know I said I'd try to post an update of Secrets and Hope every Sunday, it's going to be Monday for the next part as I've had relatives visiting this weekend - which means no writing time.
The next part is nearly writen and I hope to post it tomorrow evening.
With Secrets and Hope being just a couple of parts from the end I'm now trying to decide what I should write next. I've got a few things that are either roughly planned out or in some cases partially finished.
My original bigbang fic from 2 years ago, that never got finished, which is Ianto/omc, set post series one of Torchwood (it was started before series 2 aired) Basically Ianto trying to have a normal life while still working for Torchwood. There's about 14k of this story written, and probably about the same amount still to write.
The bigbang I had to drop out of this year which is Jack/Ianto, and set between Meat and Adam in series 2. Part of Jack's past that he can't remember resurfaces. There's about 10k of this written, with about 6/7k still to write.
A case based fic set post series 2, Jack, Ianto and Gwen investigating missing people, and dealing with having lost Owen and Tosh. Planned out, but very little written. Probably at least 10k.
The AU fic in which Ianto doesn't join Torchwood three until the end of series one, but is still in contact with Jack. Mostly deals with how things would have gone in series one if Ianto hadn't been there. Mostly just a collection of rather vague notes at the moment. No idea how long this one would be, but I can't see it being less than 10k.
My new CoE fix it fic idea which involves the use of a damaged ghost machine by Jack with rather unexpected results. Only a couple of hundred words written. Really no idea how long this one could be as it's rather an open ended idea and could end up being the start of an AU series.
The vague plan to write a companion piece to A Year Out of Time from Ianto's point of view. Nothing done with this one yet. It would probably be the same kind of length as A Year Out of Time, so about 30k.
Of these ideas is there any particular one that people would be interested in me finishing first? As at the moment I'm undecided as to which one to do.
