BBC Torchwood website is no more :(
Jun. 16th, 2011 11:30 pmJust been over to the BBC website and have found that they've taken down the Torchwood page.
Used to be www.bbc.co.uk/torchwood
All you get now if you type it in is a redirect to a page saying Miracle Day comming soon, a bit of info on when S1-3 aired and a link to the BBC shop to buy the old radio plays.
So all the extras, series 2's Captain's blog (UK version) is gone, the series one, two and three promo pictures. All gone.
The wayback machine is no use, as it's based in the US so all the screen grabs it has of the old S1-3 sites say basically say various versions of you can't view this content because you're not in the UK.
However it's not lost thanks to the work of fans here on Livejournal who cashed the S1 and S2 extra (They didn't so CoE, but there wasn't any extras apart from promo photos for that though and they are every where on the web still)
So I anybody needs info, or just want to see it for nostalgia sake it's here on

Edit: I've found a way to get to the information on the BBC site, go from this page http://www.bbc.co.uk/torchwood/pastseries/ don't know how long this will last though. You'd think that they didn't want new fans to the show to find it :(
