Doctor Who/Torchwood plot bunny.

Plot idea relating to 12th Doctor casting and to Children of Earth. If anybody wants this idea feel free to take it as I'm probably not going to write this myself as I've currently got fics already totally about 200k words in the pipeline so to speak, including 2 big bangs (and will be three come September) That said this probably wouldn't be writable until a few episodes with the 12th Doctor have aired anyway as we have no idea what he'll be like. So maybe next year or if anybody else wants to write it...
