SummaryThere was a reason Tosh wrote the Rift formula in blood, and it wasn't because she forgot a pen.
Her finger stings from the cut, but the formula is written, and Tosh smiles. She could have used a pencil or a pen, but they can be erased in a way blood cannot.

“The last part is scratched out,” Gwen says, over the radio.
Owen and Ianto look at each other. Then Ianto says, “Gwen, get the paper back here. Owen, get alien luminol from the stores. I'll get the UV scanner. Tosh must have known somebody would erase the formula.”

Thirty minutes later the Rift opens and closes correctly, Jack and Tosh return, and Bilis fumes in frustration.
