HC_Bingo april challenge
Apr. 5th, 2022 10:48 pmI've not done one of the writing bingos for ages, so I'm going to give HC_bingo https://hc-bingo.dreamwidth.org/230509.html a try this month.
A far smaller word count than the big bangs I've been doing recently.
4 randomly assigned h/c prompts. Minimum 500 words by the 5th of May. Only other specification is that it must be a crossover between 2 or more shows/books/movies/whatever.
Wondering now what I coud do as crossovers. Doctor Who crosses over with just about anything you want it to and Torchwood does as well.
There's some scope of Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell - either with the whole Kings Roads or wherever Norrells house has gone. Or just take the easy route and do a crossover when Strange is on the Penninsula Campaign with Sharpe.
Rivers of London would crossover fine with Doctor Who, Torchwood, Primeval or Being Human. I've crossed it over with Shetland before.
There is lurking some where in my notes a Whitechapel/Highlander the tv series crossover. But i'm not sure i'll ever write it.
My current fandom - Untamed/Modao Zushi - isn't so easy to crossover with anything that I've written in before.
Or I could decided to pick two fandoms I've not written in before. 500 words after all isn't a big writing commitment.
