* Cure from the Bicha poison means he's not dying, but it's not a full fix. He's been left with some kind of on going issues from it.
* Anything about him using skills that picked up while being a doctor - either to help himself or others
* How he seems to almost treat his past as Li Xiangyi as being a different person.
* post canon learning to live with the idea that he's got a future and he's loved and cared for
Di Feisheng
* His nightmares about the Di Fortress or really anything about how he's still affected by what happened to him there.
* How Di Feisheng wasn't his name until he was taken to the Di Fortress - and that he doesn't seem to know what name was or anything about his past.

* Having spent a lot of childhood limited in what he could do by his health he has a lot of empathy for Li Lianhua's frustrations at being ill. So things about him getting Li Lianhua to understand he's not helping him out of pity, it's because to some extent he's been there.
