The snow at Christmas time was fun, don't get a white Christmas that often after all. But please would it stop now? There's been snow on the ground that hasn't melted for two weeks and the forecast is for at least another 7 days of snow showers and sub zero temperature. The joys of living in Yorkshire ;)

We had that last year here in the Pacific Northwest. A whole month of snow on the ground and so much fun trying to get ANYWHERE and do ANYTHING. Not good during the holidays. Or the workdays. Or anyday but a weekend at home curled up by the fire. It was beautiful, though, and part of me (a very small part) longed for a repeat this year, but instead we've got wind and rain and 50 degree days. Balmy! Hope yours ends soon. :D
