A joke, children of time awards, and TW-bigbang.

I don't usually post jokes I've heard, and I'm not usually a fan of jokes with swearing in them, but this was too amusing.


Two eggs boiling in a pan. One egg says to the other, "I've got a huge crack!"

The other egg replies, "Stop f***ing teasing me, i'm not hard yet!"



Also today (or maybe tomorrow depending on the time zones) is when The Children of Time Award reveal who has won. Although I was nonimated in two catagories - fic with PC Andy in it, and Kink fic, I don't think I'll win either category given the other big names in fandom that I'm up against. All the same even being nominated is good. (Well to me anyway, I never get nominated for anything.)


Also I'll be posting my tw-bigbang fic on Sunday, so after that I'm hoping to get back to work on Past Imperfect and have that all finished by the end of the month.

good luck with the COT awards ... I love being nommed - it's very flattering and then I try to forget about it and wait to see ... but the competition was very strong this round, so I doubt my fics will feature in the winners ... but it's always good to be in the running and I think it does help make readers of fics they might have missed first time round ...
