There's no plot spoilers for series beyond the name of a new character, and a couple of words describing his personality, and who he is - basically if you've seen the trailer you'll probably know this already. There are two images of the new character from the series 4 trailer.
There are spoilers which relate to casting and who is in series four on the BBC website if you read Toby Whithouse's blog.
From Hal's character bio thing (the new Vampire in town).
At first, Hal – the stand-offish, posh vampire – and Tom – the common, feral werewolf – find themselves at loggerheads, but once a mutual respect is gained, we see this odd couple become close
From Tom's bio. (The werewolf who joined the show in series 3)
Putting his nomadic life and his mission to kill all vampires (mostly!) behind him, Tom has to learn to live like a human, love like a human and fight like a human. But will he succeed?
Okay, they probably are going to go in that direction. But we've got two more weeks to speculation on just where they are going with the series.
