new glasses + contacts
Jan. 16th, 2007 05:59 pmGetting new glasses and shiny new leave in for days at a time contact lenses, should be able to pick them up on friday.
The glasses are really good as they were having a sale on frames, so I managed to get DKNY frames and lenses for £80 all in, so very please.
Other good news as well is that my other half has got an interview for a full time permanant job, I really hope he gets it, as him temping has not been good for the bank balance.
It's been long enough coming, as he hasn't had a regular full time job for two years, since the stupid company he used to work for (I'm not saying which one as I still work for them, I would have left in disgust but we couldn't afford to both be unemployed) fired him for having too many sick days.
Maybe this year is when it all starts to go right.
Keeps fingers crossed.
