How does Children of Earth effect DW and SJA?

Being as Torchwood/Doctor Who/Sarah Jane Adventure all share the same universe, how does what happened in Children of Earth affect them?

( Metaish type thing concerning the effects of CoE on DW and SJA. Non specific spoilers for CoE.  )

I haven't been rude about any of the writers/characters/storylines, and I would hope that anybody commenting on this post would do the same.
