Lack of message nofications.

I think I've managed to get back to everybody who's left me comments in the last day or so, but lj is still playing up and not giving any nofications of comments, pms etc in the message inbox or by email.

I can still get to comments via http://www.livejournal.com/tools/recent_comments.bml but if anybody has pm'd me and hasn't got a reply it's because I haven't found a way to access them if they don't turn up in my inbox.
