Fic: Deals with the Devil.

Warnings: canon character death – as per Exit Wounds. (But this is a sort of fix it.)
Summary: Bilis has a proposition for Owen.
A/N: This is part of what will be a much longer multi-part series, but it stands alone as a prequel to it. It is also set in the same 'verse as my Secrets and Hope story. The multi-part story when I eventually get round to writing it will be set after Secret and Hope.
( The rising levels of radioactivity inside the Turnmill nuclear facility eventually cut out the communications. )
