ok here's a few suggestions.

obviously all just suggestions for you and i can see Jack/Ianto with pretty much all of them apart from the watersports one but that cause i dont get that one and its a squick of mine. But i suppose jack could get off on ianto peeing on him.

For the watersports one I've a look at the kink-bingo kink-wiki and apparently just having one character being turned on by listening to the other pee (ie into a propper toilet) is enough to qualify for the kink. I still don't get what's hot about it and I probably never will, but that probably going to be a bit easier to write than the alternatives.
