And I've signed up for another bigbang

So I finished my tardis_bigbang  entry and sent it in back on Sunday. I've now put my name down for another bigbang.  scifibigbang 

scifibigbang  is open to any sci-fi or fantasy fandom (no matter how small or obscure), including crossovers with non sci-fi/fantasty ones. Sign ups are open until 30th June.

July 1-October 31: Writer sign ups end/Write fic
October 31: Artist sign ups end 
November 1: Stories go to Beta/Artists start working on their art
November 15: Beta'd stories go back to author
December 1-15: posting schedule


Minimum word count is 25k.

My next decision is what I'm going to write, being as I've got 4.5 months until the first draft needs to be done. I know it will be Torchwood, and I've narrowed it down to three ideas that i've had (and which have been hanging around my laptop for at least two years) I'm not sure which one to go with. Brief outlines below, what do people think?

The Kindness of Strangers.
Ianto/OMC, past Jack/Ianto relationship, continuing Jack + Ianto friendship, Gwen/Rhys. (R) Follows canon for first series of Torchwood only. This was started for the first TARDIS-bigbang, but not finished due to computer issues. After an amicable break up with Jack, Ianto becomes friends with David, who had come through the Rift some time earlier, and eventually starts going out with him. David had been a trainee car mechanic who'd wanted to go to university to study engineering but couldn't afford it, he'd been walking home after a night out (in his own time of 1982) when he'd ended up falling through the Rift.

Untitled Mpreg fic: AU post Year that Never Was. (R) The Master experimented on Jack as part of his attempts to create new race of Time Lords (he had tried exposing pregnant women to the time vortex, but it hadn't worked out). It's only after returning to Torchwood that Jack realises that one of the experiments got him pregnant. This is not a happy fic and Jack loses the baby. Some Jack/Ianto, but mostly a team fic.

Untitled investigate based fic: Post Exit Wounds. Jack/Ianto, Gwen/Rhys. Ianto + Gwen friendship (maybe pg13/ probably R) Jack, Ianto and Gwen investigate missing people in a remote area of mid Wales. None of them are coping that well with what happened in Exit Wounds. Jack is distant and more than a bit screwed up after everything that has happened to him. Ianto is falling apart while still trying to hold the rest of them together and Gwen isn't sure she wants to remain with Torchwood.

(In other words: that comm looks awesome, but I've never done a big bang before. And it would probably fit in with my current WIP fic, but I'm also scared that I'll never go it done in time. *flaps*)
