Getting Facebook back to how it was.
Oct. 4th, 2011 07:53 pmOkay, it seems like most people I know aren't all that happy with Facebook's latest alterations. So here is a way around it.
If you already use Google's Chrome broswer it's pretty straight forward, just download the classic facebook extension
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ffdodpcdalagnkbkojidmmcehlnhniad?hl=en-US and then just log into facebook as you normally would, and the news feed will be back to the old style instead of split in two bits.
If you don't use Chrome as a browser you'll need to download and install it first (only takes a couple of minutes and is free) and then install the extension.
