The BBC are reporting a third night of rioting in London, and it has now spread to Birmingham with transport being shut down and shops on fire. Apparently the PM is flying back from holiday to attend a COBRA meeting tomorrow to decide the best course of action. It really doesn't feel real watching it.

Date: 2011-08-09 01:30 pm (UTC)The bbc are reporting that a lot more police have been brought in to London to deal with any trouble there might be later, 16000 apparently. I just hope that with them bringing in police from elsewhere that those places aren't left short if they have trouble of their own.
