(  It was a nice time of day to be walking, Tom thought as they started back towards the farm, all golden sunlight and light breezes off the hills that rose steeply around them. )

I don't think I've ever done any cover art for one of my own fan fics before, but as I realised that some of the people reading don't know necessarily know what the main characters look like, I though I'd do some.



It's hard to find a picture of PC Andy not wearing uniform (the only time was in the series 2 episode Adrift, for the one scene were he and Gwen go to a missing persons meeting) and in all the pictures of Tom Price at conventions he always seems to be laughing or pulling funny faces.

For the cover art I've made Andy and Tom look more similar in height (although really Tom Price (Andy) is a lot taller (about 6.4) than Michael Socha (Tom) at 5.7).

I did find a nice pic of Tom Price and Kai Owen at one of the conventions standing in front of a TARDIS, http://img21.mtime.cn/CMS/News/2011/03/25/100210.56655922.jpg which makes me think they must have got Tom to stand in a hole or something for his PC Andy scenes in Torchwood, he is so much taller than Kai, who's not exactly short either.
